All orders are shipped 1-3 days after being placed, via USPS First Class Mail. Transit time varies based on distance.

All products are guaranteed to be free of defects upon shipping. If your product appears to be defective when received or is not the correct item that was purchased, please contact returns@ftirecords.com within a maximum of 7 business days. Please include your name, shipping address, order number, date purchased, date received, product name, and description of the issue in your e-mail. You will receive a reply within 2 business days and arrangements will be made for a return or exchange if needed. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
